They claim is sterling silver. They not they turn up fingers green in less than a week. I ordered another ring and its plastic. It was supposed be sterling silver. This company just wants to sell whatever n lied to customers. Customers service keeps telling you they r the only person you can talked to. I don't think customers service owns this company. VERY DISAPPOINTED.
Ordered a blouse in early May. Took 22 days for delivery. According to the size chart I would wear a large. Their idea of a large looked more like a small. Returned item 11 days ago, can not track package now, and they are keeping almost half of what I paid for the item, plus getting store credit. I still don't have the refund.

Quality is poor & sizing can be very different than advertised. This is what is called fast fashion (cheap to make) but ironically delivery is about a month. Zulily doesn't care about keeping return consumers as there are so many out there. Zulily doesn't care if sizing is off they are only interested in what they make from each sale. Buyer beware I. Canada you have to pay for tracking if they let you return item & if you send item back I. Regular mail (no tracking they throw out your package & therefore don't get a refund - is this still not your personal items until they take possession?). Tracking postage is expensive so buyer beware you will be stuck with item that is not as you expected.
I shop often at Zulily, which is part other same entity as QVC and HSN. I am generally happy with the discounted name brand items..have gotten great buys on brands like Chico's, Nine West, Leon Max, Vionic, etc. In fact, astounding values sometimes. But the "in-house" Chinese-made, wait six weeks to get it stuff is what it is -JUNK. If you see it is going to ship internationally, forget about receiving the item within a month. The "promise" is the item will be shipped in 21 days, but that is not counting the slow boats from China and the "pending" in customs days on end, then the journey from UPS to USPS. A six week wait (in an Amazon world, yet) is not atypical. Be careful to try to identify the house brands, usually the same cheap item will be offered under serveral different in-house names, Seams not sewn, cheap polyester, dollar store junk...but don't hesitate to take advantage of the name brand discounts. As I sit here in my 25 dollar Agolde jeans and 30 dollar Berek shirt, I can testify that for shoppers who seek designer/ quality items at a discounted price, Zulily is well worth the experience.
I ordered shoes that have obviously been worn before. Quite dirty on the bottom-large ick factor.

Ordered a darling play set from company I like - it was supposed to be quick shipping, that was 3 weeks ago and has not shipped out yet. And the "great" price was cheaper with free shipping on the vendors site. My fault for not double checking but disappointing. Was a birthday gift for granddaughter ‘s party this weekend.
Zulily is a great site to shop on for everyday use items. The prices are up to 85% off the regular price. I've gotten top name brand products from purses, clothing, to kitchen items, etc at a great price. Yes, some Items I weren't too satisfied with, but that's just consumer risk shopping online. However, their customer service dept was very helpful with my issues. Their shipping time is better than before also. It use to take weeks before receiving your items. Now some items can ship out quickly, as long as you see the rocket symbol next to it. Their app is convient and give you notification of new items for that day. Items use to only be available for three days, but now most are available beyond that. Good company
I recently placed an order with Zulily for the first time and it's been horrible. I got charged for everything I ordered an then after I would put things in my basket it automatically was purchased on my credit card that's now on there as my payment and I can't get it off. I called an they took some stuff off but some stuff was to late. So now I have to wait till I receive these items and get out what I didn't order pack it back up and waist my time finding a FedEx that will print a shipping label. Then after they recieved the items back money will go on my card. Not all of my money either. They aren't giving back the shipping and handling I paid for. I was never given an apology from them. On top of it all The only email I got was one saying I didn't pay for something finding out later that I did pay for it. So Zulily is not the type of business I want getting my hard earned money.
Clothing is poor quality and stink!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Low-quality products. what I received was basically garbage - the quality is that bad. Most of The sizes were good since I read the measurements, but were not at all consistent. Misleading descriptions and pictures. Very disappointed. Will be returning I was trying to return the whole order back to the company then I went online and did research about this company finally I found this help number which is 8four-five ???????????????? ???????????? ???????????? Seven two four five I contacted the Company and they ADMITTED THEIR MISTAKE THE clothes I got from this company was ugly and looks nothing like the picture, the customer care team was great in helping to get my return and money back after that I was able to MAIL BACK THE WHOLE ORDER I made my first and last purchase from this online store in January!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It took 3 months, absolutely no I don't recommend this company
Lately the clothes for women are unattractive and there’s never a size less than 6 for pants. The website has become boring
I have had an account with Zulily for 6 years. I have autopayments. I have never been late on payments. I ordered some things around Christmas. I did the payment in 4 parts offer they have. January, over a hundred dollars, came out of my account. The entire payment was taken out. I ordered again and they did the same thing. No payments just taking all the money. I stopped autopay. Now, my credit line has been dropped from 2,600 to 117. I messaged them and asked why??? I was told because my income went down. OH < spare me!!!! It didn't effect the payments. I love Zulily itself. I have never had problems until lately.
More than a month for the products to come in. No better than Walmart. Made in China likely in slave labor factories. Don't waste your money or time. I will never order from Zulily again. Ordered January 9 for my wife's birthday on February 4. Order arrived today... February 11th. Cheap quality. Embarrassed to give this to my wife.
This is the first and last time that I am going to buy from this site. I ordered boots and a kid's toy. Both are cheaply made, of poor quality! Called customer service for return/refund, advised to just donate the item. I learned my lesson well, need to do research about an online shop before making a purchase. If I can only give them O star, I would. Just wasted my time and money! DON'T EVER BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT! I was so disappointed.
